Rubens Barn is a 17th century flint barn nestling in the South Downs just a few miles from Chichester and immersed in the impressive Goodwood Estate, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The barn has undergone extensive renovation to provide an exclusive and luxurious bed and breakfast / self-catering accommodation. It consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suites, open plan kitchen / living room, private garden, car parking, and tennis court.
Bedroom one has a luxury king sized bed, two contemporary en-suite shower rooms, fluffy white bathrobes, and complimentary White Company toiletries.
Bedroom two has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a romantic roll-top bath.
The kitchen / living room area has a wide screen LCD satellite television, wireless internet access, well equipped kitchen and french doors leading to your own private garden.
A deluxe continental breakfast, fine teas and coffee are all provided in the kitchen for you to enjoy at your convenience.
All the rooms have views of open countryside where deer and pheasants are often seen roaming outside the barn.
Rubens Barn is surrounded by footpaths and bridleways, and is located one mile from the local pub which serves excellent food.
