Sea View Cottage is situated at the bottom of the historic Chapel Street where the news of Lord Nelson death first came to England.
The property directly overlooks the working & leisure harbour of Penzance. It is spread over three floors and has four bedrooms that sleep eight people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. The spacious lounge opens out on to a large private sun terrace with patio furniture and barbecue. From here you look directly over the harbour and beyond to the whole of Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount.
A short stroll around the corner and you are on the pedestrianised promenade and a level half mile walk to the fishing port of Newlyn.
Take a walk up though Chapel Street with the Historic Admiral Benbow pub and The National Trusts Eygptian House and you are in the heart of the town.
The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample parking outside. All linen and towels are provided along with electricity and central heating.
